2010 Scholarship Recipients
ASA has just announced the 2010 Scholarship awards. Congratulations to Brian Thomas Weinstein from Case School of Engineering in Cleveland, Ohio who is awarded the Edward O’Connor scholarship, and Jeff Mayfield from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Memphis campus, Tennessee who is awarded the Rockwell Collins Scholarship. We are in the process of arranging the scholarship presentation ceremonies.
We thank all the very worthy applicants for applying and encourage them to continue to pursue an engineering degree. While you have not won the scholarship this year, you are on the way to achieving an exciting career that will transform our world.
We are working on a revised application process for next year’s scholarship application so please check back if you are considering applying for 2011.
2009 Scholarship Recipients
October 9, 2009 the Aerospace States Association Awarded two Scholarships for 2009. Iowa Lt. Governor Patty Judge made the keynote address and presentation at the University of Iowa College of Engineering’s Awards Luncheon. A photo taken at the event is shown above. 2007 Scholarship Recipient

2006 Scholarship Recipient
ASA 2006 Scholarship recipient, Anthony Frazier. This student is attending Virginia Commonwealth University with a double major in Forensic Biology and Spanish, and a minor in Chemistry.
