To advance the Alaska aerospace community and facilitate state economic development within Alaska through industry networking, policy development, educational discussions, and focused events, involving state elected and other government officials.

Alaska—admitted to the Union on January 3, 1959, as the 49th state—plays a critical role in national security, aerospace, and space operations. From its strategic military installations to advanced aerospace research, Alaska supports satellite, commercial, and defense missions through the Pacific Spaceport Complex–Alaska (PSCA) on Kodiak Island, a state-owned launch facility capable of polar and sun-synchronous orbital launches. These contributions, combined with its unique geographic position, reinforce Alaska’s role in advancing U.S. space access and aerospace innovation.
